Activating the dev mode seams to alter the behavior of pages actions: even if action outcome is empty the navigation is performed, which breaks the actions returning a null outcome (an empty string) as long as it doesn't find a corresponding navigation rule.

Has anyone run into this issue? A bug?

I'm using Nuxeo CAP 5.8 HF03.
