I am just starting with Java Development and trying to build the Contract Updater Demo. I notice that in Eclipse, I see the following errors when I try to build the project.

I AM able to browse to the file at https://packages.nuxeo.com/repository/maven-internal/org/nuxeo/nuxeo-parent/2021.22.4/nuxeo-parent-2021.22.4.pom

The POM files are generated by the bootstrap. There are no changes to it. What am I missing? Both the POM files are attached for reference. As best as I can tell the user id and passwords are correct in the settings.xml for Maven.

Any help that you can provide will be appreciated.
