Hi, I find that the error occured due to an event listener that I added. This added event listener allows automatic focus on the nuxeo-selectivity suggestion list. In fact, by the default focus on nuxeo I should that I press 2 times on the tab key to get the suggestion list that's why I added this event listener. But by adding this event listener I encountered this bug.
