Hello,

I'm currently installing an instance of Nuxeo LTS 2023 and I'm having a problem previewing PDF files. When I want to preview a PDF file from the nuxeo interface, I get the following error: I have replaced the domain by 'xxx'

PDF.js v2.12.313 (identifiant de compilation : a2ae56f39)
Message : Missing PDF "https://xxx.univ-lr.fr/nuxeo/site/api/v1/repo/default/id/58748ba3-3f79-4032-acd9-46899a61ca98/@blob/file:content/@preview/pdf".

The file is present. I can download it and view it. So nuxeo is able to find the file and load it.

However, I have configured office as indicated in the documentation by exporting the following environment variables:

export OFFICE_INSTALL_DIRECTORY="/usr/lib/libreoffice
export PATH="$OFFICE_INSTALL_DIRECTORY/program:$PATH"

I also tried adding the following variables to the nuxeo.conf file

jod.office.home=/usr/lib/libreoffice/
jod.jpipe.lib.path=/usr/lib/libreoffice/program

Despite these checks, I'm still getting this error. I'm asking the community for help in resolving this problem. If anyone has encountered this type of error or has any suggestions on how to resolve it, I would be grateful for any help you can provide. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
