There's currently no more such a feature (since Nuxeo 5.4.2).

You can though easily add a watcher to Log4J in Tomcat.

Note, there was a Nuxeo Shell LogCommand until Nuxeo 5.3.2 but it has not yet been reimplemented in the Shell since its migration to Nuxeo Automation (see NXP-2854). It is of course planned to put back that feature in the Nuxeo Shell and maybe directly in the Admin Center… If you have development skills, a contribution would be welcome!
